Magma is a fantasy drama series based in a fictional medieval land where a mystically infused volcano and its earthquakes dictates the lives of nearby kingdoms. The protagonist is a ten year old blind girl, Hypatia, who’s vision is magically restored with the help of four mystics whose missions are to fight the darkness of Hypatia’s uncle Lord Vog and his enemy King Cornelius, and their minions. It is the mystics,as it is now Hypatia’s ultimate goal to revive the old ways when light, peace, equality and good ruled.

Hypatia’s new eyes, however, are both a blessing as well as a burden as she is sworn by the mystics to never reveal her working eyesight to anyone as it is the only way that she be the eyes for the mystics.  Together they now battle against evil for the sake of the people of St.Ignatius. Hypatia matures quickly as she learns of the depth of darkness of Lord Vog’s sinister forces and his viciousness toward the common people.
