My degree in Film Production provided me with a variety of essential and desirable skills. Whilst studying, I learnt diary management skills and multitasking as I balanced pressure to meet deadlines alongside part-time work. In my final year, I specialised in producing, working on a diverse portfolio of student film projects. Professionally, my experience within the Greens department has provided me with the ability to cope in very busy, fast-paced environments and perform in high-pressure situations. I am very familiar with responding to urgent requests from the Art Director, using initiative to handle conflicting requirements and last minute changes to the set-dressing. During my position at Pinewood Studios, I gained trusted relationships with my colleagues, HOD’s and wider teams. I grew confident in working collaboratively and strengthening my communication, leadership and teamwork skills, all qualities I would bring forward to the team, wider departments and senior stakeholders.
